Dropout rate definition

Dropout rate means the number determined under STEP THREE of the following formula:
Dropout rate means one minus the graduation rate.
Dropout rate means one minus the graduation rate a student who withdraws from school before completing course requirements for graduation and who is not enrolled in an education program approved by the state board of education or an education program outside the state. "Dropout" does not include a student who has departed the country.
