Except for the provisions set forth in Articles 3, 4, 6 and 7, which shall survive until the later of the Drop Off Date and December 31, 2011, or as may otherwise be provided in any section of this Agreement, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement will terminate on the Drop Off Date.
