DRO Registry definition
DRO Registry means the DRO Registry maintained by the General Partner in the books and records of the Partnership containing substantially the same information as would be necessary to complete the Form of DRO Registry attached hereto as Exhibit E.
DRO Registry means the DRO Registry maintained by the Trustee in the books and records of the Company containing substantially the same information as would be necessary to complete the Form of DRO Registry attached hereto as Exhibit E.
