Driveway/Laneway definition
Driveway/Laneway means improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or a parking area on adjacent land.

Driveway means the improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or parking area on adjacent land;
Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.
Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;
