  • Upon the return of the zip tie secured, encrypted and password protected Hard Drives to INAP, in accordance with this Exhibit, and the receipt of Customer’s password used to encrypt the Customer data on the Hard Drives via Customer’s secured ticket to INAP, INAP will download the data from the Hard Drives to Customer’s backup storage in the INAP Cloud Backup Repository, which is a computer system, or set of systems, designed to store customer data in a remote INAP data center facility.

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.
