Driver Partner definition

Driver Partner means the licenced private-hire vehicle driver or a licenced Hackney Carriage vehicle driver providing transportation services under this contract;
Driver Partner means an independent provider of on-demand transportation services.
Driver Partner means an individual authorized by a PTNC to use a Partner Vehicle to provide prearranged property transportation service on an intrastate basis in the Commonwealth.
