Driver Partner definition

Driver Partner means the licenced private-hire vehicle driver or a licenced Hackney Carriage vehicle driver providing transportation services under this contract;
Driver Partner. ' means an individual authorized by a PTNC to use a Partner Vehicle to provide prearranged property transportation service on an intrastate basis in the Commonwealth.
Driver Partner means a principal, employee or contractor of Customer: (a) who meets the then current Uber requirements to be an active driver using the Uber Services; (b) whom Uber authorises to access the Uber Services to provide Transportation Services on behalf of Customer; and (c) who has entered into the Driver Agreement.

  • The Driver Partner shall have no Claim (including a Claim for Loss) against The Company in respect of loss of access or functionality to the System referred to in this clause 5.

  • Applicants are required to meet and maintain minimum standards and obligations, to qualify as a Driver Partner.

  • The Driver Partner will not be entitled to a refund of the Security Deposit in any circumstances, other than where suspension or cancellation of the Services and/or access to the System occurs due to an Exceptional Circumstance, in which case a proportional refund may be offered.
