Driver (H.D.V.) definition
Driver (H.D.V.) meansan employee in possession of a current heavy duty driving licence who is in charge of a vehicle of over one and one half tons tare weight whose duties include handling cargo to and from the tailboard, and the daily maintenance and cleaning of such vehicle;
