Drive Unit definition

Drive Unit means the component parts of and circuitry for the operation of a power-driven steering control;
Drive Unit. The component of Your Vehicle that commonly consists of the electric motor, inverter, and gearbox. Your Vehicle may have more than one Drive Unit, depending on the make and model. Initial Expiration Date: The date occurring on the one-month anniversary of the Initial Payment Date. Initial Payment Date: The date on which We receive Your first payment due under this Agreement which has been paid in accordance with the terms hereof. Examples of Drive Unit in a sentence

  • The Warranty Period applicable to the new Drive Unit delivered to the Customer in connection with a Service Exchange shall be the remainder of the Warranty Period applicable to the original, defective unit, but in no event less than ninety (90) days from the Acceptance Date of the new unit.

  • If the Customer desires to exchange a defective Drive Unit, the Customer shall contact the Supplier.

  • If the Service Exchange is requested within the first thirty (30) days of the Acceptance Date of the defective Drive Unit, the new Drive Unit will be provided to the Customer at no charge).

  • The Supplier shall ship the replacement Drive Unit on or before the shipment date thereof as specified in the Purchase Order, or such other date as the parties shall mutually agree upon.

Related to Drive Unit

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
