  • Enova may change the design of the Panther Drive System from time to time and, at its sole discretion, provide upgraded parts, including without limitation hardware, firmware and software, for the Panther Drive Systems (collectively, "Upgrades") shipped to Purchaser but which have not yet been incorporated in Products and shipped to an end user.
