Drive System definition

Drive System means the system that drives the operation motions of the wind assisted propulsion systems. Typical drive systems include electrical or hydraulic motors with control systems.

  • If Enova determines that any Panther Drive System is free from defects or otherwise conforms to Enova's obligations and warranties under this Agreement, * shall pay all reasonable costs of such determination, including any labor, travel, transportation and shipping expenses.
