Drive cycle definition

Drive cycle means either the period of time from when a motor vehicle is initially turned on to the next time the ignition is turned off, or the period of time from when an initial breath alcohol test is performed and failed, to the time a breath alcohol test is successfully taken and the ignition is turned off.
Drive cycle means either the period of time from when a vehicle’s ignition is initially turned on to the next time the ignition is turned off, or the period of time from when an initial breath alcohol test is performed and failed, to the time such test is successfully taken and the ignition is turned on.

  • pedal cycle means a cycle (which has the same meaning as that ascribed to it in Section 192 of the Road Traffic Act 1988).

  • Motor-driven cycle means every motorcycle that has a gasoline engine that (i) displaces less than
