DRIP/ACP Plan definition
DRIP/ACP Plan means the Irvine Apartment Communities, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment and Additional Cash Investment Plan described in the General Partner's Registration Statement on Form S-3 and any other dividend reinvestment and additional cash investment plan established by the General Partner.
