Drilling Plan definition

Drilling Plan means the overall program which describes the infrastructure and facilities proposed for development of the project, including roads, pipelines, wells, sumps, water source development and water storage facilities.
Drilling Plan means the plan approved under Section 4.3 or Section 4.4, as applicable, to drill ▇▇▇▇▇ on a Property.
Drilling Plan has the meaning set forth in ‎Section 3.10 .

Examples of Drilling Plan in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of the Drilling Plan, LMM shall, within *** Days, provide Shippers for each Project described in the Drilling Plan, either a proposal (the “Expansion Proposal”) outlining the recommended facilities to be installed in order to Gather Shippers’ Gas from a Project (the “Expansion”) or, at LMM’s election, notice to Shipper that it has elected to not expand the Gathering System to connect a Project.

  • Each Coal Party and each Gas Party shall keep the other Parties informed of any matters that any Coal Party or Gas Party, in the exercise of reasonable judgment, considers to be a material matter relating to (a) the construction, maintenance, operation, location and repair of Systems and ▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder, and (b) any proposed changes to any Ten Year Mine Plan and any Annual Drilling Plan.

  • The GSB Plan shall include a schedule for each Gathering Segment, consistent with the Drilling Plan, for connection of Well Pads to such Gathering Segment.

  • Within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of said information, the Hydrocarbon Monitor shall issue a written report to BHUH, the Utilities, and the PUCs regarding whether the updated Drilling Plan(s) satisfies the Drilling Plan Criterion.

  • Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.
