Operator shall send written notice to the City no less than thirty days prior to the commencement of any of the following: Construction Phase (unless the Construction Phase commences within 45 days of the approval of the applicable Form 2, Form 2A, or local permit), Drilling Phase, Completion Phase, or any recompletion, re-drilling or plugging and abandonment of a well.
