DREF definition

DREF means Direction Régionale de l'Enseignement Fondamental, a regional department of MEN responsible for primary education;
DREF means the Directorate of Forest Exploitation within the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;
DREF means the Directorate of Forest Exploitation (Regie d’Exploitation Forestiere) established under Article 24 of the Borrower’s Budget Law, Law No. 72-87 dated December 31, 1972, and operating under the Borrower’s Decree No. 85-1249 dated October 7, 1985;
