The Intake Dredging Easement and the Outfall Dredging Easement shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Dredging Easement”; and Grantee’s Intake Dredging Activities and Outfall Dredging Activities shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Dredging Activities”.
