DRCS definition

DRCS means Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies of the concerned district.
DRCS nominated representative who shall act as chairman for the meetings. The representative nominated by the “Contracting Party” shall act as secretary of the meetings. In the event of any dispute the chairman shall not have a casting vote.
DRCS means Digital Radio Concentrator System.
