Drawings & Documents means all drawings, calculations and technical information or a like nature listed in the specifications and technical provisions of SCC or provided by the Engineer to the Contractor under the Contract and Operation & Maintenance manuals, etc.

Drawings & Documents means the drawings / documents referred to in the specifications description of items etc., and any modifications of such drawings / documents approved in writing by the Consultant / Employer and such other drawings / documents as may from time to time be furnished or approved in writing by the Consultant
