Drawings and Design Specifications. Means The drawings and design specifications for the Project incorporated by reference as Part VI of this Contract, and all amendments thereto. “DSBS” Means The New York City Department of Small Business Services. “EC” Means The Environmental Consultant. “EC’s Principal” Means The individual for whom the Owner has contracted to act as the principal representative of the Environmental Consultant for the Project, as identified in Part I, Section 5.2.3. “Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)” Means Any transfer of funds, other than a transaction originated by check, draft or similar paper instrument, that is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephonic instrument or computer or magnetic tape so as to order, instruct or authorize a financial institution to debit or credit an account “E.O. 5O” Means Executive Order No. 50 (April 25, 1980), as amended or revised from time to time. “Employment Report” Means Required by Executive Order No. 50, these reports are to be completed and submitted to the Owner in the form annexed as Part VI of the IFB for this Contract. “Endorsements” Means Endorsements to Insurance Policies required under the Contract, as described in greater detail in Appendix B.
