Drawing Documents in respect of a Letter of Credit means the draft, certificates and other documents required by such Letter of Credit to be presented as a condition of payment of such draft under such Letter of Credit.

Examples of Drawing Documents in a sentence

  • Borrowers’ aggregate remedies against ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any Letter of Credit Related Person for wrongfully honoring a presentation under any Letter of Credit or wrongfully retaining honored Drawing Documents shall in no event exceed the aggregate amount paid by Borrowers to Lender in respect of the honored presentation in connection with such Letter of Credit under Section 2.12(d), plus interest at the rate then applicable to Revolving Loans hereunder.
