Draw Auditor definition
Draw Auditor means an individual representing an independent certified public accounting firm selected by SGI who shall attend and observe the Drawings and who shall audit the agreed-upon procedures. The Draw Auditor will verify that the drawing requirements as outlined in Sections XI.B through G of these procedures were followed. The verification will be in the form of a report provided by the CPA firm to be sent to Lottery for whom the drawing was conducted.
