Drake definition

Drake means Drake Petroleum Company, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation.
Drake shall have the meaning given such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement and shall include all permitted successors and assigns of such Person.
Drake means Drake Marine LLC, a limited liability company formed in the Xxxxxxxx Islands, whose registered office is at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX00000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
