Drainage Easements definition

Drainage Easements. . “Drainage Easements” means and refers to the drainage and retention easements declared and reserved on the Plat.
Drainage Easements means the perpetual non-exclusive easements for storm water drainage running over, under and through the Drainage Facilities into the Retention Ponds to be constructed within the boundaries of the Property and to be granted by the Declarant and other Owners in connection with the construction of the Development, as set forth in the plans for construction of the Drainage Facilities and the Retention Ponds.
Drainage Easements means and refers to the drainage and retention easements declared and reserved on the Plat or subsequently rcorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida encumbering all or a portion of the Property.

Examples of Drainage Easements in a sentence

  • If required, detention shall be accomplished by providing ponding areas for storage of storm water on rooftops, in parking areas, in landscaped areas, in graded drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and by such other methods, including Storm Drainage Easements, as may be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.

  • The Drainage Easements are hereby granted and created for the limited purposes of providing paths and courses for area and local storm drainage, either over land or in an adequate underground conduit, to serve the needs of the Development and adjoining ground and/or public drainage systems, and it shall be the Association’s responsibility to maintain the drainage across the Common Area in the Development.

  • Drainage and retention easements over the drainage area more particularly described and defined in the Declaration of Drainage Easements and Maintenance Agreement (the "Drainage Declaration") recorded October 15, 1993, in O.R Book 8437, Page 1145, as modified by O.R..Book 9109, Page 1086 and as supplemented by document recorded in O.R. Book 11378, Page 111, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

  • Anticipated easements include Ingress/Egress, Utility (water, sanitary sewer, telephone, electric, gas and fiber optic), and Drainage Easements.

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the completion of the Site Improvement Plan improvements and the provision of Drainage Easements as hereinafter defined.

  • Drainage Easements: Easements for drainage are reserved as shown on recorded plats.
