Drafting Charges definition

Drafting Charges means Levis charges for the work done in respect of preparing the Firm’s bill of Costs and/or schedule of costs for recovery of the Firm’s professional fees and its Client’s disbursements. They are to be calculated for each hour that ▇▇▇▇ is engaged upon preparation of Disbursements means payments made by the Firm on behalf of the Firm’s Client or payments made by ▇▇▇▇ on the Firms behalf which may include but are not limited to:

Examples of Drafting Charges in a sentence

  • On termination of this agreement under clause 4(i) or clause 4(ii), the Firm will pay all outstanding Negotiation Charges, Drafting Charges, Advocacy and Litigation Charges and Disbursements forthwith.

  • If the Firm withdraws instructions from Levi, the Firm shall pay ▇▇▇▇’s Drafting Charges, Negotiation Charges, Advocacy and Litigation Charges and Disbursements up and until that point.
