Draft Valuation definition

Draft Valuation means a short form Approved Valuation, “letter opinion of value,” or any other form of draft Approved Valuation acceptable to Buyer.

Examples of Draft Valuation in a sentence

  • Upon mutual confirmation and acceptance of the Revised Draft Valuation Report, such Revised Draft Valuation Report shall be designated as the Valuation Report.
