Draft Schedule definition

Draft Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(e).
Draft Schedule means that a draft retention schedule is available from the University Records Manager. These drafts will be added to the Records Management website as they are completed.
Draft Schedule is defined in Section 13.18.

Examples of Draft Schedule in a sentence

  • Within the 10 day period following receipt of the Draft Schedule 2.9, the Parent shall notify the Buyer in writing of its approval or of any objections that it may have.

  • If the Parent approves the Draft Schedule 2.9, such schedule shall become the final Schedule 2.9 (the "Final Allocation").

  • If the Parent objects to the Draft Schedule 2.9, the Buyer and the Parent shall use their good faith efforts to resolve the matter within the 10 day period following receipt by the Buyer of the Parent's objection to the Draft Schedule 2.9. If the Buyer and the Parent are unable to resolve the matter within such period each party shall use their own allocation and there shall be no Final Allocation.

  • The Draft Schedule 2.9 shall allocate the Consideration among the Fastener Business Assets in accordance with Section 1060 of the Code and Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder (the "Allocation").

  • Other than the expense of retaining an accounting firm to resolve a dispute as to the calculation of Net Assets as described above, the expense of preparing the Draft Balance Sheet and Draft Schedule of Net Assets shall be borne by Seller.

  • I authorize Company to charge my credit card in accordance with the Draft Schedule of my Agreement for services provided pursuant to my Agreement.

  • Each Draft Schedule so amended shall be delivered to CBIZ within three business days of the Schedule Comments and CBIZ shall have an additional Schedule Comment Period to provide any further Schedule Comments.

  • Subject to the obligation of the Parties to act in good faith, Purchasers and Sellers shall be under no obligation whatsoever to accept any Draft Schedule in the form provided or to resolve differences with respect thereto.

  • The Draft Schedule includes short-term temporary, term-limited 1 temporary, career service staffing patterns, approved vacation, holidays, sick time, planned leaves 2 and any extra shifts that career service nurses have requested and updates in shift needs from the JHS 3 Scheduler.
