Draft Response definition

Draft Response shall have the meaning set out in clause 17.4(a). EIRs: the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/3391) together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

Related to Draft Response

  • PQQ Response means the response submitted by the Supplier to the pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the Authority on 06/03/2012;
