Draft ATC Materials definition
Draft ATC Materials means materials DB Contractor may provide, at its election, in advance of the one-on-one meetings regarding ATCs. Submittal of Draft ATC Materials, if any, will not be considered ATC proposals, which shall be submitted in accordance with ITP Section 3.2.1.
