DR Schedule definition

DR Schedule means a Schedule to this agreement setting out the terms on which the Provider must provide specific DR.
DR Schedule means the description of Covered Equipment at the Covered Site for which the Customer may use the CDR Services.

Examples of DR Schedule in a sentence

  • For the term of this DR Schedule the Provider must provide the DR Services in accordance with this DR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Terms and Conditions.

  • Transpower is not obliged to make any Calls, or any minimum number or quantity of Calls, under any DR Schedule.

  • The Provider represents and warrants to Transpower as at the date of this agreement and the date of each DR Schedule that the Proposal is true and not misleading in any respect (including by way of omission).

  • From time to time during the term of this DR Schedule Transpower may make Offers to the Provider.

  • Termination or expiry of this agreement or a DR Schedule for any reason will not affect this clause C4.4, clauses C1.6, C1.7, C4.2, C5, C6 or C7, or those clauses which are expressed as being intended to survive such termination or expiry.

  • Neither Transpower nor the Provider is entitled to terminate or cancel this agreement or a DR Schedule except as expressly provided in this agreement.

  • Termination or expiry of this DR Schedule for any reason will not affect this clause SB11.

  • Termination or expiry of this DR Schedule for any reason will not affect this clause EB11.

  • Transpower does not represent or warrant to the Provider that it will make any Calls, or any minimum number or quantity of Calls, under any DR Schedule.
