The Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer may, at any time, request changes to the Scope of Work to be performed by the Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer and such request shall be in writing and include, but not be limited to, the Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer’s written proposal, a revised DPWT Form 105, and Subcontractors, in a form satisfactory to the County, in its sole discretion (which shall be attached to and incorporated into Exhibit A of this Agreement, as applicable).
