Examples of DPW Permit in a sentence
Licensee must provide to the SFPUC a copy of the report, required for Licensee’s DPW Permit, of an independent engineering consultant analyzing whether RF and EMF emissions at the proposed Pole Locations would comply with FCC standards, taking into consideration the Equipment installation specifications and distance to residential windows (each, an “Emissions Report”).
A DPW determination on a DPW Permit application may be appealed to the San Francisco Board of Permit Appeals.
