The Developer shall submit their Traffic Signal Specification and Design to the DPTI Manager Traffic Operations for approval prior to installation commencing.
The Developer shall fulfill the obligations of the Contractor in Part D32 “Design – Traffic Signals” of the DPTI Master Specification.
If requested and with Council support, DPTI may supply poles, bases and luminaires at the Developer’s cost.
