DPS Providers means the Supplier and other suppliers appointed as DPS providers under this Agreement.

Examples of DPS Providers in a sentence

  • The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, or to terminate the provision of any part of the Agreement at any time by giving three Months' written notice to the Supplier and all other DPS Providers.

  • The Authority shall signal its acceptance of the DPS Provider's offer and the formation of a Contract by electronically issuing a Notification of Award to the Service Provider.

  • The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, or to terminate the provision of any part of the Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the Service Provider and all other DPS Providers having similar agreements to this Agreement with the Authority.

  • Management Levy - 1% In consideration of LPP appointing any Provider to the DPS and the management and administration by LPP of the overall DPS structure and associated documentation, all DPS Providers who obtain contracts under the DPS shall pay to LPP a Management Levy.

  • The Parties acknowledge that if the Authority exercises its rights under this Clause 17.5 it shall exercise its equivalent rights under all agreements with the DPS Providers.

  • However, there will be a large number of journeys where transport has to be set up at short notice and the period for DPS Providers to submit a bid will be less than ten (10) Working Days.

  • This means that DPS Providers may wish to bid for locations outside their normal area of operation as a journey may start locally with a destination being in another area.

  • DPS Providers may therefore be required to certify that the information contained within their Request to Participate (and any Tender) is still accurate when bidding for Contracts.

  • Any Contract awarded will be awarded on the basis of the offer that is the most economically advantageous to the Authority from the DPS Providers' Tenders, evaluated according to the evaluation methodology described in the Authority's relevant Invitation to Tender.

  • Please note that, where possible, the Authority will give DPS Providers a period of ten (10) Working Days to submit a bid for a journey.
