DPP Report definition
DPP Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit XIII hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by Servicer to Agent and each Purchaser Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
Examples of DPP Report in a sentence
Unless otherwise requested by Agent or any Purchaser Agent, all computations in such Monthly Report and such DPP Report shall be made as of the close of business on the last day of the Accrual Period preceding the date on which such Monthly Report or DPP Report, as applicable, is delivered.
Servicer shall prepare and forward to Agent and each Purchaser Agent (i) three Business Days prior to each Settlement Date and at such times as Agent or any Purchaser Agent shall request, a Monthly Report, (ii) no later than the 10th day of each calendar month, a DPP Report and (iii) at such times as Agent or any Purchaser Agent shall request, a listing by Obligor of all Receivables together with an aging of such Receivables.
