DPCUs definition
DPCUs means the District Project Coordination Units to be established and maintained throughout the Project, and responsible for: (a) obtaining approvals of all Project-related administrative, financial and technical approvals at the district level; (b) the management of the execution of works and the procurement of goods and services; (c) quality assurance; and (d) working closely with communities to achieve the Project’s development objectives.
