DPC Property definition

DPC Property means voting securities, other personal property and real property acquired by foreclosure or otherwise, in the ordinary course of collecting a debt previously contracted for in good faith, retained with the object of sale for any applicable statutory holding period, and recorded in the holder's business records as such.
DPC Property means voting securities, other personal property and real property acquired by foreclosure or otherwise, in the ordinary course of collecting a debt previously contracted in good faith, retained with the object of sale for a period not longer than one year, or any applicable statutory holding period, and recorded in the holder's business records as such.
