DPC Inventories definition
DPC Inventories means all inventory of raw materials, supplies and consumables, packaging material, work-in-progress or finished goods primarily used or primarily held for use in the operation and conduct of the DPC Business and owned by DuPont or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Transferred DPC Companies or any their Subsidiaries).
