This Schedule outlines the principles governing Owner’s and Charterer’s notifications and nominations of gas dispatch volumes from the Vessel to the Downstream Systems, as may be amended from time to time to be consistent with industry practice (hereinafter the “Gas Nomination Procedures”).
The purpose of this Side Letter No. 1 is to set forth the full terms and conditions under which FSRU GNP shall be governed considering technical limitations on Vessel’s side, CNOOC’s requirements and technical limitations of Downstream Systems.
