Downstream entities definition

Downstream entities means any party that enters into an agreement with the CDO or with another downstream entity, for purposes of providing services related to the agreement between CDO and the Exchange. The term “downstream entity” is intended to reach the entity that directly provides services to consumers.

Related to Downstream entities

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants.

  • Downstream means carrying a transmission from the Headend to remote points on the Cable System or to Interconnection points on the Cable System.

  • Midstream Assets means (i) assets used primarily for gathering, transmission, storage, processing or treatment of natural gas, natural gas liquids or other hydrocarbons or carbon dioxide and (ii) equity interests of any Person that has no substantial assets other than assets referred to in clause (i).

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
