Saratoga Springs City Storm Water Management Program definition
Saratoga Springs City Storm Water Management Program means those certain manuals, ordinances, practices, and policies set in place by the City of Saratoga Springs to regulate, permit, manage, and otherwise oversee the discharge of storm water within the corporate boundaries and influence area of the City. This includes both those manuals and practices which are in place at the time of the passage of this ordinance and those which will yet be put in place or adopted in this or future actions.
