Download Date definition
Download Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) hereof.
Download Date means the date when Licensee accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and submits to Flexibilis Licensee’s contact information in order to get access to Flexibilis’ portal for the purpose of downloading the Deliverables from Flexibilis’ portal.

The Borrower may submit a Minimum Loan Amount election with the Accounts Detail File via electronic mail on any Download Date or by electronic mail or through Lender’s platform prior to 12:00 P.M. on the applicable Settlement Date.
