Homestead means homestead as defined and qualified in Code Section 48-5-40 of

Homemaker means a person who performs household chores for an individual primarily in her/his place of residence. Household chores may include but are not necessarily limited to housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping.
Hookah means a water pipe and any associated products and devices which are used to produce fumes, smoke, and/or vapor from the burning of material including, but not limited to, tobacco, shisha, or other plant matter.
MOE means the Borrower’s Ministry of Education;
