Dow Contract definition
Dow Contract means that certain sales contract, dated January 1, 1998, by and between The Dow Chemical Company and Headwaters Incorporated (f/k/a Covol Technologies, Inc.), which was assigned to Reichhold Specialty Latex LLC pursuant to that certain letter agreement, dated December 20, 2001.
Dow Contract shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
