DOUBLE SERVICE. If a person assumes the responsibility to take both girls and boys teams in the same season and the same sport, he or she would not receive a double stipend but would receive a salary at 1-1/2 the normal rate for said activity. The Executive Director of Human Resources reserves the right to allocate full stipends depending on the needs of the school and unique circumstances and responsibilities of the athletic activity.
