Double Overtime Rate definition

Double Overtime Rate means One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour, paid in half-hour increments but no less than Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) for any call. This rate shall apply to non-Emergency Rehearsals called during any Off-span or on Free Days; provided, that for Emergency Rehearsals called on a Free Day, this rate will be computed on a (1/2) hour basis.

Examples of Double Overtime Rate in a sentence

  • Should such travel be scheduled at these times, it will be compensated for at the hourly Double Overtime Rate for each one-half hour of travel or fraction thereof.

  • If the Employer shall violate the provisions in this paragraph, the Employer agrees to compensate each Artist at the hourly Double Overtime Rate for each such hour of rehearsal or fraction thereof during such violation occurs.

  • In the event that the Artist is called for a rehearsal on the Free Day, and if such rehearsal is not an Emergency Rehearsal, the Employer must obtain the individual Artist’s consent and the Employer must compensate the Artist at the hourly Double Overtime Rate for each such hour of rehearsal or fraction thereof.
