Double liner definition

Double liner means a two liner system separated by a leak detection/leachate removal system.
Double liner means compacted clay at least 600mm thick achieving a maximum permeability of 1x10-9 metres per second overlain with 1.5mm HDPE synthetic liner or alternate double liner system agreed in writing as equivalent in performance by the administering authority.
