Double Faced definition

Double Faced means having two faces, with each face being of equal area and in identical proportion to the other, and with each face located on the structure so as to be parallel and opposite to and facing away from each other.

  • Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.

  • Dwelling, single-family means a detached building containing one dwelling unit.
