Double Articulated Vehicle definition
Double Articulated Vehicle means an articulated vehicle towing one or more trailers.
Double Articulated Vehicle means a vehicle with 4 or more axles, comprising of power unit (called "tractor truck", "prime mover" &c.) and semi-Trailer (called "dolly Trailer") which is superimposed on the power unit, which in turn has a load-carrying semi-Trailer superimposed upon the dolly Trailer, both semi-Trailers and the power unit being coupled together by means of king-pins and revolving on turntables and are articulated whether automatically detachable or permanently coupled.
