DOT Certificate definition

DOT Certificate means the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued by the DOT under ▇▇ ▇.▇.▇. §▇▇▇▇▇.
DOT Certificate means the certificate of pubic convenience and necessity issued by the DOT under 49 U.S. C. §41102.
