In connection with both the Service Level Agreement and the TrafficLand Terms and Conditions, the parties hereto agree that no later than sixty (60) days after the execution hereof, that the parties will meet and review each document to collectively agree in good faith as to any modifications which may be necessary to either or both of such documents in order to comply with any requirements as set forth in applicable DOT Agreement and other customary terms for the industry.
