Dormitory project definition
Dormitory project means the construction of a new dormitory as part of the New Improvements.
Dormitory project means the construction of dormitory or dormitories for occupation by students attending a junior college organized under chapter 21, title 33, Idaho Code, and shall include the construction of buildings for occupation by students and facilities for the feeding and recreation of students, equipment and furniture therefor and all matters usually incidental thereto, including the furnishing of sewer, heat, water service, landscaping, and streets or rights of ingress and egress. The term "dormitory project" also may be applied to the planning of the buildings and improvements, the acquisition of property, the construction, recon- struction, alteration and repair of the improvements, and all other work in connection therewith.
